Simply dispense drops directly into your mouth, or add to water or your favourite drink. Take twice daily, morning and evening, as part of your skincare routine. Your pipette has markings for 1ml to make dosing easy. Each bottle is a month's supply.

13-17 years old: take 4.5ml liquid daily; preferably split morning and before bed.
