Simply dispense drops directly into your mouth, or add to water or your favourite drink. Take twice daily, morning and evening, as part of your skincare routine. Your pipette has markings for 1ml to make dosing easy. Each bottle is a month's supply.

Ages 13+ (including adults): Take 2ml daily – one full pipette (1ml) in the morning and one full pipette (1ml) in the evening.
