Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Subscription Terms explain how our subscribe-and-save option works on nutridermlabs.com (the "Site").

1.2 By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't sign up.

1.3 The subscription is operated by NutriDerm Labs™, London, W4 2LP ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions, email hello@nutridermlabs.com.

2. How Subscriptions Work

2.1 When you choose the subscribe option on a product page, you'll receive that product automatically on a recurring basis, at 20% off the one-time price, with free shipping included.

2.2 You'll set up an account so you can view, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

2.3 Your first order is charged and shipped when you sign up. Future orders are billed automatically ahead of each renewal, and shipped shortly after.

3. Cancelling or Pausing

3.1 You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

3.2 To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, please cancel or pause before it renews. If you're charged before you manage to cancel, contact us at hello@nutridermlabs.com and we'll sort out a refund for that order.

3.3 Once cancelled, your subscription discount ends and no further orders will be sent.

4. Payment

4.1 Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically for each renewal. If a payment fails, we'll email you to update your payment details before we try again.

4.2 If we're unable to take payment after a reasonable number of attempts, your subscription will be cancelled automatically. You're welcome to resubscribe at any time.

5. Changes to These Terms

5.1 We may update these Terms from time to time (for example, if delivery frequency options change). Any changes will apply to future orders and we'll post the updated version on this page.
