1.1 Changed your mind?

If you've received your order but the product isn't quite right for you, here's what to do:

(i) Email us at hello@nutridermlabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order

(ii) Include your order number and let us know why you'd like to return it

(iii) Return the product unopened and in its original condition. Please repack it carefully using the original packaging (or suitable alternative). You'll be responsible for return postage costs

(iv) We need to receive the product back within 28 days of you receiving it. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service in case anything goes wrong in transit

1.2 Damaged or faulty product?

If your product arrives damaged or has a fault:

(i) Contact us at annette@nutridermlabs.com with your order details

(ii) Include your order number and describe the issue. We'll sort this out quickly and send you a replacement straight away

1.3 Refunds

We'll process your refund within 10 working days where possible, and always within 30 calendar days of receiving your returned product.

1.4 Non-refundable costs

Unfortunately, we can't refund delivery charges (standard or express), customs fees, import duties, taxes (for orders outside the UK), or gift wrapping costs.

1.5 Gift purchases

Refunds for gift purchases can only be issued to the original buyer.

2.1 Cancellations

Want to cancel your order? You can do this any time before we've processed it. We typically process orders on the day we receive them, so get in touch quickly. Email annette@nutridermlabs.com with your order number and delivery address.

We're confident our drinkable skincare will work for you, but we know everyone's skin is different. That's why we offer a straightforward guarantee: try it consistently for 60 days, and if you don't see real improvements in your skin, we'll refund you in full.
