We're sure you'll love our drinkable skincare, but if it's not working out for any reason, just drop us an email at hello@nutridermlabs.com.
Returns are hassle-free. Send it back if it arrives damaged, has a fault, or if you've simply changed your mind (unopened only for change of mind returns).

1.1 Changed your mind?
If you've received your order but the product isn't quite right for you, here's what to do:
(i) Email us at annette@nutridermlabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order
(ii) Include your order number and let us know why you'd like to return it
(iii) Return the product unopened and in its original condition. Please repack it carefully using the original packaging (or suitable alternative). You'll be responsible for return postage costs
(iv) We need to receive the product back within 28 days of you receiving it. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service in case anything goes wrong in transit

1.2 Damaged or faulty product?
If your product arrives damaged or has a fault:
(i) Contact us at annette@nutridermlabs.com with your order details
(ii) Include your order number and describe the issue. We'll sort this out quickly and send you a replacement straight away
1.3 Refunds
We'll process your refund within 10 working days where possible, and always within 30 calendar days of receiving your returned product.
1.4 Non-refundable costs
Unfortunately, we can't refund delivery charges (standard or express), customs fees, import duties, taxes (for orders outside the UK), or gift wrapping costs.
1.5 Gift purchases
Refunds for gift purchases can only be issued to the original buyer.

How it works
Take your chosen supplement every day for 90 consecutive days. If you're not happy with the results, contact us within 30 days after completing your 90-day trial, and we'll refund your purchase price.
To qualify, you need to:
- Purchase a 3-month subscription directly from nutridermlabs.com
- Take your drinkable skincare twice daily for 90 consecutive days
- Be a first-time customer (this guarantee applies once per person)
- Contact us within 30 days of completing your 90-day trial
- Complete and sign a brief feedback form about your experience
How to claim
Email: simon@nutridermlabs.com with "GLOW GUARANTEE" in the subject line. Include your name and order number. We'll send you a short feedback form to help us understand your experience. Once completed, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
We may request your empty product bottles to complete your refund claim.
Why 90 days?
