Our formulations are developed by Simon White MSc, MMedSci, co-founder and chief science and nutrition officer, who has 15+ years of experience formulating for leading supplement brands including Lyma, Procter & Gamble and many other leading companies. He has extensive experience in formulating for kids and teens as well as adults and athletes. 

We select ingredient suppliers with the highest quality who maintain rigorous accreditations and testing standards. Our UK manufacturer holds BRC (British Retail Consortium) quality accreditation, employs HACCP protocols, and complies with Food GMP standards.

It depends on the product and your body – everyone responds differently. Saying that, many of our users saw initial improvements within 2-4 weeks.
